Acceleration services and Fees
Fintech Will provide or arrange for the following services to its
clients in both traditional market and industrial sectors, and in
new emerging high tech tech and information technology sectors:
Strategic
advice : Offering advice and assistance in preparation of Business
Plans.
Seed Funding : Helping find funding at the seed capital and
early investment stages.
Office facilities : Helping find office space and technical
support service.
Hands-off and hands-on-management: Providing management and
operational support, including staff for senior executive positions
positions, assistance for product and service conception and development,
brand development , sales strategies, pricing , marketing &
public relations.
Key personnel recruitment : Helping recruit key personnel and
other HR services
Websites : Assistance in the design, conception and development
of websites.
Technology : Assistance in identifying the most appropriate
technology, equipment and trained personnel.
Support Services : Assistance in financial, accounting , legal
and tax planning services.
Second Round Funding : Assistance in later stage fund raising.
Exit Strategies : Assistance in designing and implementing plans
for sale of the corporation, IPOs, mergers or acquisitions.
Fintech
is flexible in its fee structure. Once the package of service requirement
has been defined, and the amount of Fintech involvement has been
determined, Fintech is willing to consider compensation for its
services in one or more of the following forms:
Consulting
Fees : Service can be provided based upon a daily rate for Fintech
work, or as a consulting package fee. Travel and other out of pocket
expenses are billed separately from the service fee.
Success
Fees: Fintech would be paid a success fee depending on the achievement
of predetermined goals, for example reaching a target amount of
funding for a project from investors.
Equity
: Fintech would be offered a stake in the equity of the company,
or a part of the new equity to be issued subsequent to a new funding.
